left s/l clouded or powder or..... ureter - Sewing-bird

This doc has said these three words four times tonight and I just can't get it. It sounds like he is saying left "powered" uretrer or left "crowded" ureter (obviously wrong). I simply cannot even get enough of an idea to do much research other than Bing, Google, and Yahoo - no help. Does someone out there have any idea - anything at all???

I do so appreciate any help given. Thank you.
