Another reason it was important to apply for partial - just me

unemployment compensation in my state is because they figure your "base year" on your last 12 to 18 months. If you have been putting up with less than minimum wage for more than a couple of months, that LOWERS your base year amount. You are losing compensation by waiting to be laid off. Besides, once the UI office reaches your employer, they will probably lay you off. They don't want to spend a dime on fighting it. They have paid UI on you already. Once all the work is in India, UI is no longer a cost of doing business, especially for companies like IMedx that off-shore. That is the goal. NO US EMPLOYEES.
