So basically the contractors sound like they are paying for the questionable privilege of giving their ICs pay cuts (and also the contractors themselves I guess ultimately) under the guise of "quality" - yeah right, we all know why FIESA exists, and it ain't that.
I just can't imagine why the contractors would need that miserable piece of junk unless they are being forced to use it and pay for the privilege. Yikes.
