it's that the Andrews program has the curriculum REQUIRED to sit for the CCS. But so does Career Step. (Perhaps AAPC does as well - you could look at the AHIMA CCS requirement info to see.) I liked Career Step because I could do the program in as little as 4 months (if I really wanted to), while Andrews had a minimum timeframe...maybe 10 months? That was the basis for my decision.
