Everything posted above sums up the current MT situation - nothing good will come with your hospital takeover (absolutely nothing). I also encourage you to please take all of the great advice posted above to heart and find another position in the hospital or another job/line of work. We've all been through the ringer and it's still very hard to hear it happening yet again.
I'm sorry for what MT has become, but we all know the reality and have experienced the MT demise first-hand. I honestly wish you the best moving forward - best of luck to you.
