options, take them. This company will lie their head off in the transition phase and only later will you find out the truth. Have you heard about the wonderful pay grid and audit system?? It is draconian. I worked for a small service that was bought by Transcend, then by Nuance. Each time we were told how great it would be, nothing will change, you get to keep your account, schedule, manager. ALL LIES.
