Company outsourcing to Nuance - MTMonica

We just had a meeting yesterday that my hospital is outsourcing to Nuance. They make it seem like everything will be fantastic if I work for Nuance. Promises to keep me on my account. I see a lot of posts of no work. Is this something that happens often?
