With a 73-minute dictation equaling 481 lines. I am paid by the line on the account, unfortunately. The report took several hours to complete, about 3.5 hours of work time. Being paid by the minute would be much better in this instance. This is a dictation from an ESL doctor who wouldn't pass a language competency test imo. This kind of mess would need to pay more that's for certain.
