"Rethinking position" - chipper

Posted: Mar 19th, 2018 - 11:46 am In Reply to: My immediate supervisor told me the other day that - if I did not feel like I could meet metrics

I can remember not too far back when if you were thinking of quitting they would bend over backward to try to retain you - now I hear MTs saying their manager says "rethink your position" or "maybe this company is no longer a good fit for you." They don't care if we leave, hence the horrible treatment. I, too, have been in this for nearly 30 yrs. That is a lot of experience and skill; but it means nothing to them that you try to take time to do an exemplary job only to be told you fell off the grid and are a loser. What a way to treat people.
