So not only - sm

So not only are we "engaged to wait," which is work time, when required to sit logged in to Fluency between no-jobs-allocated messages from 1-5 minutes at a time all day long, but we are not paid for this. And at the end of the day, if we are short on hours by being required to log out of Workforce, we essentially PAY THEM if we use our PTO to fill in the time.

We work on production. But any time we are scheduled and ready to work and not being provided work to do, we should be able to log off with no consequence, and still retain our employee status as part-time or full-time with no requirement to make up time we were unable to produce because of NJA.

If we choose to remain logged in to Fluency while not on Workforce, waiting for jobs, that should be considered going the extra mile on our part, but the last thing we should be is penalized for not getting in our required hours while we sit there "engaged to wait"!!

It's just crazy, isn't it? This whole thing.
