the job posting for Precision on the other board and noticed their change in pay scale?? Still laughable. They must get a lot of complaints about their 6/3 pay scale now, so they changed it to after 30 days of quality work, it MAY (MAY) go up to 6/4 depending on if you kiss their behind or not, pretty much. Still unacceptable. They also changed a bit of their IC status requirements, as well, with you telling them when you would be available, but you still have to work one weekend day and five holidays a year. They are still struggling, it appears, to get quality MTs, but are not willing to compensate for that either.... at least that is my opinion.
