So slow, cursor behind doctor's words!!!!

What the heck is going on? Last night I got doctors and hospitals I have never done and each of them had accents or speech impediments or were just lazy and mumbling. Tonight, the cursor is still on the paragraph I did and I have to stop and let it catch up, so slow!! This has not happened to me in months, I thought they had finally fixed it. Geez!!
