Try not to take it personal. It really isn't about you as much as they try to make you feel it is. You have worth, you are doing great. It's them, the company. They are at the point they are trying to get everyone to quit. Hang in until the end, because I'm sure it coming. Keep telling yourself its them, not you. It is hard. We are all going through it. You are strong enough to get to where you need to be whether it is hanging in until the end or getting a different job.
