A coworker did, reduced her hours, but then when hours were needed and they offered people to increase their hours, she came back and left that position. She said it was fine and that they obviously were looking for somebody to do it, if there were any of us who wanted to "bail". No thanks. Not unless they finally cut our entire dept. Would I think about it, only if they paid me the very top of their salary for that position.
