I received an offer today and accepted.
It is with mixed feelings I leave my present employer yet again, but I just don't "fit" here anymore despite doing OK on this job (just got a decent review with an increase I won't be around to see).
The new job pays less (I keep going in the wrong direction) but I've been able to make some financial changes which I hope can offset the "hit" somewhat.
When I lost my great job a few years back I knew I was in for a bumpy ride, though I had no idea there were going to be quite so many twists and turns.
But I know things could have gone much worse, and despite prior/recent setbacks and disappointments I can give this a shot and go from there.
I do appreciate your encouragement, and I wish you all the best.
