your work comes and goes in various stages as it gets copied and sent to India, and/or as YOU train the speech engine for them. Perhaps, sometimes the hospitals get angry and demand the work be done ONLY by US workers, and then once satisfied, believing the work quality to be satisfactory again, the crook MTSO ships it back to India, though continuing to pretend it's done by US, until the next time... and so on and so forth. And why the 99.65% rule? Because your work is copied and sent overseas to be recopied again and again and again into perpetuity, and if there are any errors whatsoever, these too will be copied and printed into infinity, in all subsequent records of all patients who had the same condition, disease, laboratory value, medication, etc., and all will be wise to its foreign origin, (among other implications), the knowledge which is probably kept to a minimum. An error in a lab value or medication will forever be whatever is written in all other patient reports to follow. This is why those particular aspects (lab values, medications) have to be 100% accurate.
