each and every medical facility's Health Information Management Department in your target area going back 10 years at a minimum and ask them directly how many FTE MTs they had prior to outsourcing the work. How would a group of MTs on an on-line forum know this information. You need to do your own legwork/research for this. I'm also wondering what the purpose is for you knowing this information. How do you plan on using it?
