about how NOT to make Critical Patient Safety Errors and the potential impact they have on patient care. I've been in this industry for close to 30 years and I KNOW how to avoid CPSE's! How about you allow us to do our jobs the way they're SUPPOSED to be done and not PUNISH us monetarily when we don't meet your sometimes IMPOSSIBLE to meet productivity requirements. And DO NOT penalize us for leaving too many blanks for things we're not sure of! You could also give us a "grace period" when we're starting a new account to give us time to get used to new dictators. Maybe it would help too if we didn't have to worry about losing our houses and not being able to eat AND pay bills!
