I agree. It sounds good, but the "supervisor" has no clue on how to communicate, accuses before making sure she has the correct person, and micromanages the H##$# out of you. Owner seems to have head buried in sand about it too. Also, the promise of PTO, good luck on that one. They have messed up formula and then say you dont qualify this quarter for any PTO, so even if they take taxes out, there is no other benefit you receive. Also, when things are super busy, they dont always tell you its okay to get on and type more than your line limit and they "yell" at you for files being late when they were already late to begin with. Hated it but need the money. Left of my own accord and went to work at a gas station, way less stressful.
