I did insurance transcription for quite a few years until recently and I loved it and made excellent money. Believe it or not I had to pick up tapes. I would sometimes get 20-30 tapes at a time with a 7-day turnaround time. You may want to give it a try. It is strict verbatim and sometimes it's difficult depending on who's speaking. I was paid by the page. Unfortunately like everything else they went to a transcription company and transitioned out of tapes.
