I have a lot of contact with a lot of doctors (lots of family in medical) and the vast majority of them DO care. They just don't have a lot of say in it anymore and a lot of them are so sick of trying to type their own notes or battling against crappy Dragon output, they have all but given up. Some of the suits in the hospitals care too. Not all, but still quite a few from what I'm told. But they are easily misled into believing they can get the same quality from Indians for less. Big lie that has been perpetrated in this industry and probably has done us the most harm. Still widely believed. But many of them still do care, they are just tired of it all.
