I work for a small co that pays through Paypal and I've never had a problem. The only thing is that Paypal takes a fee off the paid amount. I don't remember exactly what it is, but you can look on the paypal web site. I love it otherwise. The funds are instantly available, have documentation of the payments, and you can transfer the funds to your bank account or if you have a Paypal debit card you can get cash at any ATM or use the card just like a bank debit card.
