It is pathetic that Mmodal pretends for one week a year to care about their employees and then treat them like dirt for the next 51 weeks. Oh during that week they post letters from the mucky-mucks about how much they appreciate the work we do, but yet when we dare to ask where the actual work is we get written up for insubordination. They hold contests reminiscent of the hunger games (may the odds be ever in your favor) and then pat themselves on the back how generous they are to the poor people of District 12. Lastly, the managers nominate their pets for a trip to the ADHI convention. No one else even has a chance.
So no it really couldn't be worse. MT is dead anyway. They should just let MT week die with it.
