Them contracting the work to other MTSOs is smart on their part. There needs to be nothing in their contract that says so. It's no different than using individual contractors. They need less management, tremendous cost savings. With the huge tax cuts they are getting now too, Corporate players in both companies should be riding high(er) on the hog than ever.
