I have been with MM for 16 years. I was switched to the group I'm in now at least a year ago, probably longer and was told I had to work late on Mon. evening/night. Now I'm being asked to change my schedule because there are too many people on at that time. Well....that's not my fault. I've been on this schedule for quite awhile. What I'm asking is why can't newer hires be made to change their schedules? If I'm the newest on that shift, well then, it will be me changing, but I highly doubt I'm the newest on this shift.
