Thanks again. Just about all professional tips I read mentioned use of bullet points, so I will see about eliminating or at least cutting back on them. One tip to add, though may be obvious, is to use the job ad's keywords. If "self-motivated" is mentioned, put that somewhere in the resume or cover letter.
