I did forget to mention that I got several calls for non-MT interviews because of my resume, so I guess I did something right.
To save space, I didn't use bullet points. I did use headings, but bolded them and used a colon, on the same line as my description of my duties. I was very short and to the point. FYI: You can work customer service into your MT work! Heck, you were working at keeping multiple clients happy--turnaround time, quality, etc.
Mind you, I wasn't going for any high-powered job, so the simple resume was appropriate for what I was going for.
