I worked for an orthopedic group and we had an orthopedist who was faster than lightning. I finally asked him to please slow down. The following day I picked up his cassettes and started transcribing his office notes. He was worse than the day before. He finally stopped after a few sentences, started laughing on the tape and then started again and slowed down. He was yanking my chain, but it did work to talk to them. I was only successful because we worked in the same office and had daily contact with our docs.
