If you fail, they lower your line rate by 3 cpl or fire you - that is their goal. When it happened to me years ago I had 40 years of transcription under my belt and was always told I was the best in the office. I quit when they told me they were lowering me to 3 cpl and the supervisor at the time had the nerve to say to me "It won't be forever." I asked her if she would accept half her salary for an indefinite period of time and she did not answer. I quit then and there.
