I was dinged for not expanding tPA in an impression sm - ohmemy

and the sentence was merely stating that the patient was outside the window to get tPA. I have never, ever in my life expanded tPA in this context and I was stunned. I checked account specs, there is nothing there regarding spelling out of this drug, even in the impression.
