I've been here for the same amount and NJA is terrible. I feel the same sickness you feel. I sit here and want to cry. I seen below that someone stated their HDSM told them they are letting people go. I wish all groups would please let their MTs know what is going on. The stress is going to kill us all. I can't believe I am letting this play do this to me. I did apply to 2 places, so hopefully I will hear something. Again, I feel for you and the rest of us. We are like a boat without a sail, just in a storm, just waiting to be sunk.
