MM lies, lies, lies! Get away from this toxic place. They could care less about you. I went through the same thing and finally had to quit, which was the best thing for me, as I hated working for this company. You can send all the emails you want and you will only get lies back from them. They lie when the hire you, they lie when you work for them and then expect you to be perfect, when they do dole out a bit of work!
I still get emails from Indeed with MM advertising for MTs, so what does that tell you? Again, lies, lies, lies. May they all burn!
