I know we're not on the same team because our HDSM doesn't send out TAT reports. But other than that, my experience is exactly the same except that I do finally end up with actual NJA at least once a day now. I know we haven't lost accounts because I get the same dictators and hospitals, just rarely instead of all day long, and I see the same amount of reports by them in the job search as ever. So someone else is doing the work that I used to do and no one is saying a word about it.
