Maybe the New York Times or possibly LA Times might be interested in investigating this since so many workers in this country and even Canada are affected. The LA Times has published several stories about garment workers in LA working for very low wages, $4-6 an hr and how the labor board has tried to go after Forever 21 and other retailers, but hasn't succeeded due to middlemen between the garment workers and the retailer. Most of the workers are here illegally so are prime to be taken advantage of. I think one of these papers that are read nationally could bring attention to the unfair practices and pay forced on MTs.
