I am so sorry! Your outstanding metrics should count for something huge and I don't know why they do this. So many of us are in a similar place and we're excellent MTs. If you want to hang in and try to move out of PM, that is fine, or start thinking about leaving...I have been in this same place the past few weeks. Just don't know yet. But go get Starbucks, breathe deeply, walk away from the computer and remember who YOU ARE. You have options and you are 100 times better than the phone call made you feel! I cried after my PM call too. Just so discouraging after doing so well in other areas, dealing with constant PM, ARGH. Just know you are not alone, for whatever it's worth. Hugs to you
