I had the conference call about my QA, at the beginning was a very positive call, going over my errors, telling me how my metrics are outstanding, blah, blah, blah. Then a heavy blow to the gut, put on PM for QA, now moved to Verbal, where before it was positive coaching. I just received two 100 since the 99.20, and still got moved to Verbal. This place finally got to me. I was starting to cry when she told me "unfortunately, we need to move to Verbal." I couldn't speak. I was holding back an uncontrollable cry. This place finally did it. MModal broke me. I need to get the hell away from this place. Emotionally I can't take it anymore.
