I have heard that now for the last 5-6 years when we starting seeing a lot of NJA. If I changed my hours every time they wanted, then I couldn't keep up with when I was supposed to work or not. Seems like every time I put in a NJA remedy ticket then I get threatening emails about changing my hours. That is NOT the solution cause we would all be changing hours to those hours and then again the same thing NJA.. changing hours is not a fix all solution, IMO.
