With all the NJA since the Holidays, my time cards have been so messed up. I just got put on Performance Management for over reporting hours, (she called it Performance coaching, but I still had to go into Ultipro to acknowledge that I got Performance Managed). I'm so fed up. Now, I failed my audit (99.20). Now I have a call with my performance coach to discuss my audit. With all this NJA, it's hard to keep your head in the game. I'm so sick of it all. I'm sick on my stomach all the time anymore because of this job. I've been with this place for 18 years. I wonder if they are trying to weed out the higher paid MTs. I really do feel like I'm being picked on.
