Finally figured out PractiCount. it can be configured like Sylcount was and I figured out why it was giving me crazy amounts due. It matched a count on an old report that was previously counted with Sylcount. Outside of the final invoice form that I don't like and will have to adjust to suit me, I think this program will work for me and will probably go ahead and buy it.
