I could have written this post myself. I have been targeted by whoever is in charge of assigning jobs because I won't do "extra" or OT. Most of the time my MTSO is screaming for help and then there are no jobs and that is why I won't comply. Yes, same crap, different day. You are so right; they could not be more obvious if they tried. I can always tell. It certainly makes a person want to just quit, but then we would be giving them the satisfaction. I only have (hopefully) not that much longer to put up with it and then they will have to find someone else to pick on.
