Not all QA people are the same. The feedback emails I send are some of the very same mistakes I've made, and I let them know. I also produce/edit, and so I know what it's like on both sides. I get audited monthly, and whatever changes are made or info given, I am very appreciative. If two QA people give different info, address it. Keep track of things like that. I have no more job security than any other MT or QA. No one's job is guaranteed, especially these days. I've also formatted incorrectly, going by a previously transcribed report. I go back to the account specs. We are all continually learning, trying to get through another day, and staying reasonable positive.
