That will save everyone a lot of irritation. Just focus on critical errors and within that category, narrow it down to wrong patient chosen, incorrect dosages (unless the doctor was clearly dictating the wrong dosage), and what else? Oh, nothing else. Leave accounts specs and BOS out of the equation and what's left to mark as an error? Not much.
