OOW is crazy, why is it that they tell us we are not impacted and yet give us no work. Why don't they just fire us so that we can apply for unemployment benefits? Who can survive on OOW, not I. My OM told me to look for other employment as well, but then, says we are trying to find you a good fit. What a crazy way to run a business, most businesses that have a layoff, will allow you to apply for UEB, but not this one.
