I think many more MTs might take this seriously if they were actually presented with an action plan other than being told that they need to do something, everyone knows that, but there is a lot of isolation with people being at home and scattered all over the country. I would like to hear your plan for change. The women’s movement is good, maybe you should use that as your platform but I really don’t know what they have accomplished in regard to employment issues.
