Feedback cards - Not that uncommon

The score card thing really is not that unusual but because it is Whole Foods it made news. Those score cards are everywhere, grocery stores, department stores, etc where people are asked to do surveys and give feedback on their experience with certain employees. Of course as MTs we know about QA and being held to high standards, that’s always been part of the job. Where I currently work, as part of performance reviews, we are asked to do self evaluations, and people are chosen at random to review coworkers and managers. The scoring and feedback actually should be welcome, it helps people know where they need to improve.
