who was laid off. I have been bummed all day ever since I read the posts. I'm not sure what to say at this point. Nuance is the devil in a three-piece suit, that's for sure.
Take a couple of days for yourselves to regroup and get some emotional rest, then go after plan B or C. Do your best to maximize your freedom and enjoy it. The stress has been phenomenal lately for everyone, and no one deserves the treatment that we have been subjected to in the last five to six-plus years. We have done our best to stay with a job that we love, but that isn't being rewarded anymore. It is now up to us to rewrite the second half of our working life.
Hugs to all of my MT family who are struggling, no matter what form that takes.
