Nuance makes the rounds promising NO BLANKS to all their clients, playing kiss-up to their reputation after the cyberattack. They also change the QA scoring system dramatically, making it impossible for any MT to earn a living wage. But the real atrocity is that they then farm out the work to other MTSOs with ridiculous demands: horribly low rates, no blanks, and impossible QA and TAT requirements. Then guess what--they walk away, holding the money for their stinky platform and not having to answer for how horribly they've treated employees. Probably this was excalated by the new tax plan which eradicated tax benefits for sending work offshore. No, they aren't expanding offshore--they're just applying offshore wages to US MTs--and forcing MTSOs out of business or to take the risky path of utilizing ICs only. It's going to hit the fan some day, somehow. But they come out smelling like a rose.
Ladies and gents, file for unemployment and REFUSE to accept these paltry rates from MTSOs forced into the corner by the Mighty Nuance! PLEASE!!!
