with hourly salaries when there are far fewer MLS to train (not to mention basically are sent to Enrich now for training) and why so many POC team members to stand over very little to none work? This makes no sense. Wouldn't that be a layer to save a decent chunk of money? How is it that they keep their glorified do nothing jobs and those of us in the deep trenches and churning out this crap indispensible?
