this could be a fresh start. They said they went by the grid in making their decision, so I'm surprised I wasn't laid off. I don't think I've been able to meet metrics for the last 3 weeks since my account went from an account where we could send in reports with up to 4 blanks to a NO BLANK account. Who knows how they REALLY decided. Anyway, I pray you all find something much better!
