Those of you who were given this option, were - you also given option of UE?

Sort of a hard choice, to stay at Nuance with no work or move to the subcontractor and get less money per line also pay your own taxes and SS out of that.

Surely, they should have offered UE since they were virtually ending your official employment?

It seems like sometimes they offer UE easily (witness CA layoffs) and others they use devious methods to get you to quit instead.
